Leadership you can trust

john is leading the way in north carolina

As the North Carolina House Majority Leader, John has been a leading voice in Raleigh for the people of Eastern North Carolina. During his time in office, he has consistently fought for North Carolina's agriculture, military and rural communities. He has been instrumental in creating a stronger North Carolina through fewer taxes, improved education, balanced budgets, new jobs and more freedom and economic opportunities. He has also successfully championed legislation that supports North Carolina farmers, veterans, sportsmen, students and service members.

MY PRIORITIES FOR A STRONGER NORTH CAROLINA

  • jobs

We must continue regulatory reform and tax relief, as well as cutting red tape and balancing our state budget.

  • education

Our state’s students are my top priority and we must ensure that parents – who know their children’s needs the most – are empowered and involved in their education.

  • agriculture

Agriculture forms the backbone of our state’s economy, and I will always fight for our family farms and agriculture producers.
